east to west UpdatePaul, the Police Community Youth Pastor for Egham left at the end of August. Although he has been accepted into the Surrey Police force, he cannot start until the end of November. Please pray that God provides for him and his family while he is between jobs. Michelle also left at the end of August to work full time as a Teaching Assistant at Magna Carta School. Please pray for her as she makes the transition into her new role, that she settles quickly and continues to make a positive impact on the students she works with.Thank you for praying for the students who recently received their GCSE results. Here is an encouragement from an appreciative teacher who was delighted that three of the girls who Carolyn and Affy have worked with over the past two years passed their Child Development GCSE with flying colours. The teacher said, "I couldn't have done it without their support, it's a great example of staff and east to west working together to bring hope!" |
