Sing and Share

St Paul’s Egham Hythe celebrated their Patronal Festival on 26th January with a visit from the Royal Holloway Founder’s Choir. On what has become a regular annual event, the choir led sung worship across a range of hymns and anthems. After the service celebrations continued as nearly 80 people sat down for a ‘bring and share’ lunch in the church. The Founder's Choir is an auditioned group who meet weekly during term time in order to prepare for concerts and sing occasional Sunday evening services in the College Chapel. They will also undertake a European tour in the summer and St Paul’s will be hosting a fundraising concert later in the year. (by Steve Baynes)
