Visitors from Nigeria – Picture Review

As part of our Diocesan Kebbi Link, Runnymede Deanery assisted two Nigerian teachers, Gideon and Solomon, to visit the UK and take part in the Christian Teachers’ Conference in Cardiff this February. As part of their visit they also stayed in Runnymede for a week and visited schools and churches. An interesting report by Hilary Hill, Bishop Christopher’s wife, about her day spent with Gideon and Solomon, is available here.
Photos from top left: Solomon and Gideon at Magna Carta Secondary School with the Head Boy and Head Girl; and with Hilary Hill, the Head Teacher and several link persons; at The Hythe Primary School doing Q+A time at a full assembly; admiring a Nigeria display of photos and artefacts; and posing in front of the display with the Head Teacher, Hilary Hill and Deanery link Carol Peters; being interviewed during Sunday service at St Peter’s Church Chertsey; and visiting St John’s Church Egham to meet with various members of staff and volunteers.
