Skate Park in ChurchAn exciting project took place in the half term holidays at St Paul’s Church in Addlestone where the chairs gave way to an entire Skate Park which brought in 172 young people age 8+ for three days of fun, games and competition on skateboards and scooters. Some of the young at heart joined in the fun, too – and Curate Revd Andy Reid was seen skating fully robed. The viewing gallery was open for parents and friends to watch over a cup of tea or coffee… What a wonderful way of engaging with the community!
